KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 11 -- All eyes this morning will be trained on Justice Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali for his decision on whether Datuk Seri Najib Tun Razak is to enter his defence or be acquitted of charges of alleged misappropriation of  RM42 million of SRC International Sdn Bhd funds.

The judge is expected to announce his ruling from 10 am onwards, with members of the media converging on the Kuala Lumpur High Court from as early as 7 am.

Former prime minister Najib, 66, has been charged with three counts of criminal breach of trust (CBT),  three counts of money laundering and one count of abuse of power.

The Pekan MP  is accused of committing the offences between Aug 17, 2011 and Feb 10, 2015.

During the trial, the prosecution team tendered more than 750 exhibits, including bank documents relating to Najib's bank accounts, cash transactions, minutes of meetings and Blackberry messenger chats over Najib's transactions.
