ISLAMABAD, March 4  -- Pakistan's cricket authority on Thursday announced that it had postponed the ongoing Pakistan Super League tournament after several players tested positive for the novel coronavirus, an official said.

Following a meeting with team owners, the management of the T20 format cricket tournament said in a statement that the country's cricket board decided to postpone the league with immediate effect, adding that the health and wellbeing of all participants was paramount, reported Anadolu Agency.
