DYSON TO TAP INTO A WIDER MARKET WITH LAUNCH OF ITS DEMO STORE AT TRX
KUALA LUMPUR, March 14 (Bernama) -- The new Dyson Demo Store at the Tun Razak Exchange (TRX) here, which was launched today, is set to open up a wider market for its products.
Dominica Khoo, senior thermal and fluid dynamics engineer at Dyson Global Development Centre based in Senai, Johor, said the immersive Demo space of 1,076 sq feet at The Exchange TRX would offer a new experience to its customers.
“We want to get closer to our customers. It is unlike any other Dyson store as we just want to open up our doors to a different market, not only high-end clients.
“Customers can try our products and get the best out of our products. We have experts in the store which can show customers how they can use and get the best out of the products,” she said at the launch.
The Demo space forms a part of Dyson’s global drive to grow its direct-to-consumer retail ambitions and to meet growing demand for better performing technology in Kuala Lumpur.
