LABUAN-BASED UNIVERSAL SERVICED OFFICES EXPANDS IN BANGSAR SOUTH, EYES FURTHER GROWTH

KUALA LUMPUR, May 25 (Bernama) -- Universal Serviced Offices Sdn Bhd has officially opened its latest serviced office facility in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

Its chief executive officer Hesham Mansour said the company is looking forward to expand throughout Kuala Lumpur and possibly to Penang due to the strong demand for its services.

Universal Serviced Offices & Management Ltd (USO), the sister company of Universal Serviced Offices Sdn Bhd, first opened serviced offices in Malaysia’s international business and financial centre (IBFC) Labuan in 2021. It is currently Labuan’s largest serviced office operator.

Its Bangsar set-up is located at Avenue 7, Tower 7, Level 7 of Menara Pernas at The Horizon and offers advanced technology throughout the fully-furnished Parisian-style development.

Hesham said USO Serviced Offices Bangsar South offers a suite of private office solutions to businesses and individuals equipped with advanced technology, convenient business amenities and a 24/7 finger ID and app-based security-system.

It offers 153 fully-equipped serviced office workstations and 28 coworking workstations.

The development was 30 per cent higher than the standard cost but the company was of the view that clients would want something special but at an affordable rate. The office space and coworking workstations are available on flexible terms starting from a monthly basis with longer term solutions available. Community memberships are inexpensive, he said.

Office space tenants can access business lounges, the different booths and public sit-down areas. There are also numerous meeting rooms and a 280-pax auditorium, he said.

“These common areas are especially designed to create and foster new relationships in a collaborative environment that makes it easy to network and make new friends. It would help clients to build their brand identity,” he said.

Hesham said all USO staff are knowledgeable with regards to local authorities’ business laws requirements and their strength lies in their willingness to go the extra mile for each client. Internet connectivity and wireless broadband are at super-fast speed, he said.
