KERJAYA PROSPEK'S UNIT SECURES RM135 MLN PROJECT FROM BBCC
KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 2 (Bernama) -- Kerjaya Bina BMK Sdn Bhd, a 49 per cent-owned associate of Kerjaya Prospek Group Bhd, has won a RM135.41 million contract for a proposed development off Jalan Hang Tuah and Jalan Pudu in Kuala Lumpur from BBCC Development Sdn Bhd.
BBCC Development is a joint venture established by the Employees Provident Fund, UDA Holdings Bhd and Eco World Development Group Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Kerjaya Prospek said the job was for designing and building a main building for a proposed development project comprising a thirty-one-storey serviced apartment, basement and podium consisting of a seven-storey car park, main lobby and multi-purpose hall.
“The contract shall commence on March 1, 2023, and be completed within thirty-six months,” it said.
Kerjaya Prospek said the project is expected to contribute positively to the earnings and net assets per share of the group for the financial years ending 2023 to 2026.
