PASDEC INKS JV AGREEMENT TO DEVELOP LAND IN KUANTAN
KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 30 (Bernama) -- Pasdec Holdings Bhd’s wholly owned subsidiary Pasdec Corporation Sdn Bhd has entered into a joint-venture agreement with Sedimi Property Development Sdn Bhd (SPDSB) to develop land at Bandar Indera Mahkota, Kuantan in Pahang.
In a filing with bursa Malaysia, the group said the project would be developed in two phases, comprising 157 units of single-storey terrace houses in Phase 1 and 80 units of single-storey semi-detached houses in Phase 2.
“The proposed development will enable PASDEC Group to speed up the project without putting additional financial burden on the group and allow it to focus on other existing and new development projects,” it said.
The group said Pasdec Corp has obtained the development order and submitted the pre-computation plan for the project as well as partial building plan for Phase 1 to the appropriate authorities for approval.
