MAH SING'S M SENYUM NEW PHASE DOUBLE-STOREY HOMES HIT 88 PCT TAKE-UP

KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 18 (Bernama) -- Mah Sing Group Bhd’s newly-launched 139 units of double-storey terrace homes in Bandar Salak Tinggi named Rosalia, under its M Senyum residential landed development, received an overwhelming market response, with 88 per cent taken up over one weekend.

The developer said with a total gross development value of RM95 million and priced from RM560,000, Rosalia homes comprise four bedrooms and three bathrooms with built-ups ranging from 1,685 square feet (sq ft) to 1,761 sq ft or 20 ft x 70 ft (20' x 70').

In a statement today, Mah Sing said M Senyum is a 40.47-hectare development with 1,176 units of double-storey terrace homes inspired by the concept of countryside living and a minimalist direction.

Due to the positive response, it said 160 units of M Senyum Rosalia 2 are expected to be launched in the second quarter of 2023 with a starting price of RM530,000 and land area sizes of 20’ x 65’ and 20’ x 70’ and is also planning to unveil its show village in the same quarter.

“M Senyum will also schedule the launch of its 178 units of Rumah Selangorku (RSKU) double-storey townhouses, which have a built-up area of 1,000 sq ft (20’ x 70’) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms and are priced at RM200,000,” it added.

Founder and group managing director Tan Sri Leong Hoy Kum said that M Senyum’s Rosalia launch kickstarted an exciting 2023 for the company.

“With such a positive response, we are confident that the next phase, Rosalia 2, as well as Mah Sing’s M Series properties, will continue to replicate the success.

“We anticipate that the robust pipeline of our ongoing and upcoming projects will also continue to contribute to the group in the financial year 2023, putting Mah Sing on track to meet the minimum sales target of RM2.2 billion this year,” he said.

Leong noted that the group had also launched its first-quarter sales campaign named ‘Mah Sing Secured’, which aimed to offer home buyers a worry-free homeownership journey.

“The 5S (Secure, Step-Up, Save, Satisfy and Sweepstake) sales campaign offers our home buyers a fixed interest rate, a step-up payment scheme, attractive packages and incentives, and additional rewards.

“M Senyum is one of the projects taking part in this campaign. We believe this campaign is indeed timely as it helps to address the home buyers’ main concern for a worry-free homeownership journey while hedging against inflation,” he added.
