CREST BUILDER BAGS RM250.5 MLN CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT
KUALA LUMPUR, Jan 4 (Bernama) -- Crest Builder Holdings Bhd has secured a RM250.52 million contract for the construction of three condominium blocks with a car park podium in Putra Heights, Selangor.
The company said the design-and-build contract, awarded by Sime Darby Property (Bukit Raja) Sdn Bhd to its wholly-owned subsidiary Crest Builder Sdn Bhd, spans 36 months from Feb 2, 2023, to Feb 2, 2026.
The deal is expected to contribute positively to the group’s earnings for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2023 and onwards, Crest Builder said in a filing with Bursa Malaysia today.
"The directors of the company are of the opinion that the acceptance of the contract is in the best interest of the company," it said.
