ASEAN PROPERTY DEVELOPER AWARDS 2021/2022 TO CROWN FINEST DEVELOPERS IN REGION

KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 23 (Bernama) -- The Des Prix Infinitus Media ASEAN Property Developer Awards is back to endorse over 50 distinguished award titles to developers throughout the region.

Hosting its third initiative in Malaysia, the awards spur numerous developers toward healthy competition, allowing fellow developers an opportunity to strengthen present connections among one another while allowing them to explore future potential business collaborations within the property industry, the statement said.

Des Prix Infinitus Media managing director Hagenz Choo said ASEAN Property Developer Awards aims to provide recognition to the well-deserved and stands to provide a perpetual stance in the property development sector - an inspiration to motivate business opportunities locally and regionally.

Meanwhile, the secretary-general of the Ministry of Federal Territories Datuk Seri Rosida Jaafar said gathering some of the best developers in the region spurs healthy competition, which in turn, raises the bar of standards for not only Malaysia but throughout the ASEAN region in terms of workmanship, quality, and design.

The Des Prix Infinitus Media ASEAN Property Developer Awards 2021/2022 sets out to act as a regulator for the industry, encouraging developers to produce top-notch quality buildings that would be able to compete with neighbouring countries within the region.

“This ensures that the industry is constantly evolving to meet a demanding set of quality standards, which serve as a benchmark within the property industry,” it said.

As Malaysia’s vanguard of this initiative among ASEAN countries, the Des Prix Infinitus Media ASEAN Property Developer Awards is set to see tremendous growth in entries and expansion within the region in the forthcoming future.

Inaugurated in 2018, Des Prix Infinitus Media ASEAN Property Developer Awards aims to provide recognition to property developers from around the ASEAN region, which includes Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Brunei, Cambodia, Myanmar, Philippines, Laos, and Malaysia.
