GREEN PACKET BHD has entered into a shares sale agreement to acquire 6,000 ordinary shares or 20 per cent in eMedAsia Sdn Bhd from HS Bio Sdn Bhd for RM20 million cash.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Green Packet said the current business of eMedAsia provides an opportunity to the group to enter the healthcare sector.
“The acquisition of the stake is expected to be completed by the fourth quarter of year 2022 where all conditions precedent is fulfilled,” it said.

S P SETIA BHD announced that its deputy president and chief operating officer (COO) Datuk Seri Koe Peng Kang has decided to pursue interests outside the organisation and his last day will be on Sept 30, 2022.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the property developer said the president and chief executive officer would assume these responsibilities with the assistance of all the executive vice-presidents.
“Koe was appointed as deputy president and COO on Oct 1, 2021 for a two-year term,” it added.

AURORA ITALIA INTERNATIONAL BHD has resolved not to proceed with the proposed withdrawal of listing and to defer the proposed ACE Market listing at this juncture after further deliberation, taking into consideration among others the current volatile market condition.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, Aurora said further development of the proposed ACE Market listing will be announced in due course.
