KUALA LUMPUR, June 30 (Bernama) -- Idimension Consolidated Bhd will be de-listed from the official list of the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd (Bursa Securities) following the completion of its regularisation plan and will be replaced by EVD Bhd effective from 9 am on Friday, July 1, 2022.

In a statement today, Bursa Securities said Idimension Consolidated has regularised its financial condition and level of operations and no longer triggers any of the criteria under Paragraph 2.1 of Guidance Note 3 (GN3) of the ACE Market Listing Requirements, therefore, the upliftment of the company from being classified as a GN3 company would be effective from 9.00 am tomorrow.

“As part of the regularisation plan, Idimension Consolidated will be de-listed from the official list of the ACE Market of Bursa Securities and EVD will be admitted to the official list of the ACE Market of Bursa Securities in place of Idimension Consolidated,” it said.

It said EVD’s entire issued and paid-up share capital after the securities exchange comprised 382.54 million ordinary shares, 2.5 billion redeemable convertible preference shares (RCPS) and 87.03 million warrants.

Bursa Securities said the listing of and quotation for EVD’s shares, RCPS and warrants on the ACE Market under the “Technology” sector would be granted with effect from 9 am on Friday, July 1, 2022.

As of today, it said there are a total of 26 companies under PN17 and GN3, representing 2.79 per cent of the total number of 932 companies listed on the Main and ACE Markets of Bursa Securities.

It added that the list of companies under PN17 included Airasia X Bhd, Asia Media Group Bhd, Barakah Offshore Petroleum Bhd, Bertam Alliance Bhd, Capital A Bhd, China Automobile Parts Holdings Ltd, Comintel Corporation Bhd, Dolomite Corporation Bhd, EA Technique (M) Bhd and Fsbm Holdings Bhd.
