DNEX AMONG MOST ACTIVE STOCKS AFTER MOU ANNOUNCEMENT
KUALA LUMPUR, May 25 (Bernama) -- Dagang Nexchange Bhd (DNex) has emerged as one of the most actively-traded stocks on Bursa Malaysia in the early morning session today after the group announced its collaboration with Accenture Solutions Sdn Bhd.
At 11.12 am, the counter, which slipped 1.0 sen to RM1.02, saw 10.69 million shares changing hands.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia on Tuesday, DNex said it has inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Accenture Solutions Sdn Bhd to explore opportunities to drive Malaysia’s economic growth in high-value areas.
DNex said the MoU enables the entities of both companies, including Innovation Associates Consulting Sdn Bhd, to enter into further definitive agreements on digitalisation and cloud computing.
“The collaboration allows joint development of products and services by leveraging technologies and capabilities in the space of analytics, big data, artificial intelligence and enterprise resource planning,” it said.
