MAPEX 2021 OFFERS 2,383 UNITS OF PROPERTY WORTH RM1.29 BLN
SEREMBAN, Nov 19 -- Malaysia Property Expo (MAPEX) 2021 organised by the Real Estate and Housing Developers' Association Malaysia’s (REHDA) Negeri Sembilan branch is offering 2,383 property units worth RM1.29 billion with the involvement of 12 developers.
REHDA Negeri Sembilan chairman Desmond Yap Poh Seng said the exposition, which is taking place from today until Sunday at the Seremban Prima shopping mall, is expected to attract 4,000 visitors.
“Residential units comprising one- and two-storey terraced houses, semi-detached houses, bungalows, bungalow lots, townhouses and apartments are on sale, with the projects located in Seremban, Nilai, Labu and Port Dickson,” he told reporters after the launch of MAPEX 2021 here today.
He said there will also be 15 lucky draw prizes worth RM13,000, discounts, low interest rates and attractive packages offered.
Yap said buyers can receive a minimum discount of 10 per cent on property purchases through the Home Ownership Campaign that will run until end of this year.
