SUNWAY EMALL BRINGS SEVEN SUNWAY MALLS TO LIFE ON SINGLE PLATFORM

KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 25 -- Sunway Malls will be launching Sunway eMall, the website which brings the trusted brands from all seven Sunway Malls online in a single platform for the convenience of shopping anytime and anywhere.

In a statement today, the mall group operator said it is available nationwide with free delivery, and with a simple click, shoppers will be able to shop 24 hours all seven days.

Sunway Malls and Theme Parks chief executive officer HC Chan said this effort was borne out of the need to help both the retailers and shoppers as the nation continues in its fight to flatten the curve. 

“Sunway eMall is our response to the changing demands of consumers who may prefer to shop digitally and from the convenience of their own home or are limited due to distance. They can now do it with just a few taps on their phone, anytime and anywhere.

“We hope that this will delight our shoppers and provide them with a complete shopping experience from all our malls, albeit on a virtual scale,” he said.

Sunway Malls has several malls in operation nationwide – Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Velocity Mall, and Sunway Putra Mall (Kuala Lumpur); Sunway Big Box Retail Park and Sunway Citrine (Iskandar Puteri, Johor); Sunway Carnival Mall (Penang) and Sunway Giza Mall (Kota Damansara, Selangor).

According to the statement, those who wish to purchase multiple brands, similar to a shopping experience in a mall, they can now do so online with a single consolidated order in one delivery meanwhile for a seamless online-to-offline shopping experience, the in-store collection is made available at all seven Sunway Malls for shoppers who wish to collect their items from the physical mall.

As a reward for each spending, shoppers can earn Sunway Pals points which can be used for future purchases on Sunway eMall or at participating stores in Sunway Malls. 

Besides, Sunway eMall will also be running a ‘Guess & Win’ contest with prizes worth up to RM50,000 to provide a glimpse of what shoppers can enjoy when it is up and running in conjunction with building up to the website’s official launch.

From Oct 17 to 26, the contest will be hosted on the Sunway eMall website and shoppers can submit as many guesses as they like to increase their chances of winning and other launch promotions include free shipping, exclusive discounts, and deals of up to 70 per cent during the launch period.

“Sunway Pals members who shop at Sunway Pals merchants will earn 5X Pals points for their purchases, and shoppers who spend a minimum of RM100 at Sunway eMall in a single e-receipt can redeem an exclusive Sunway Lagoon Soy Sauce from the concierge of the physical malls and RM5 Promo Code,” it said.
