THETA EDGE SAYS NOT AWARE OF ANY UNUSUAL ACTIVITY CONCERNING SPIKE IN SHARE PRICE
KUALA LUMPUR, Oct 7 -- Theta Edge Bhd said it was not aware of any specific corporate development that had triggered unusual market activity in its share price, which had increased sharply recently.
In reply to a Bursa Malaysia query, Theta Edge said it has been actively pursuing projects in its ordinary course of business, which are still in discussion, evaluation, or pending a decision at this juncture.
“Theta Edge will make the necessary announcements in compliance with its obligations under the Bursa Securities LR if the projects are awarded to the group,” it said in a filing with the exchange today.
“The company is in compliance with the Bursa Securities listing requirements (LR), in particular paragraph 9.03 of the Bursa Securities LR on immediate disclosure obligations,” it added.
