SIME DARBY PROPERTY REOPENS SALES GALLERIES, RESUMES PROJECT SITE OPERATIONS
KUALA LUMPUR, Sept 20 -- Sime Darby Property Bhd (SDP) has reopened its sales galleries, and all of its project sites have resumed operations following the government’s recent easing of lockdown restrictions.
In a statement today, SDP said prospective house buyers visiting its sales galleries will be assisted by fully-vaccinated sales representatives donning personal protective equipment getup, and the galleries will undergo deep sanitisation on a weekly basis.
"Members of the public intending to visit the sales galleries are encouraged to schedule for an appointment prior to their visit as only a limited number of individuals are allowed in the galleries at any one time," it said.
Group managing director Datuk Azmir Merican said since last year, the company has enhanced its online sales and marketing capabilities by developing in-house innovations such as the Online Booking System and Virtual Sales Gallery, among others.
"This led to the company providing prospective house buyers with a rich online experience to continue viewing and purchasing homes during the pandemic period,” he added.
