GREEN PACKET BHD have sold 9 million shares in G3 Global Bhd in the open market for RM945,000 through a disposal mandate on September 10.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, it said this was following the expiry of the period stated in the share sale agreement (SSA) for the disposal to Green Packet group managing director and chief executive officer Puan Chan Cheong.

It said after the disposal, Green Packet held 240.36 million G3 Global shares together with 302.25 million G3 Global warrants



EXXONMOBIL ASIA PACIFIC PTE LTD has launched MobilSM Fleet Care (MFC) programme, a fleet management solution that provided fleet owners and operators with a holistic view of their fleet’s operational performance.

In a statement today, it said the MFC programme rollout began in Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand and is expected to be further expanded regionally where customers would have an option to choose from various packages to suit their business needs.



FLEXIDYNAMIC HOLDINGS BHD has proposed to establish an employees’ share option scheme (ESOS) of up to 25 per cent of its total issued shares.

In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, it said the proposed ESOS would be implemented for five years and served to align the interests of the eligible persons to the corporate goals of the company and provided them with an opportunity to have equity participation in Flexidynamic.



VERTIV, a global provider of critical digital infrastructure and continuity solutions, has unveiled new additions to its portfolio of uninterruptible power supply (UPS) systems with lithium-ion battery options for the Vertiv Edge line-interactive UPS family.

In a statement today, it said lithium-ion batteries have up to three times longer life, perform with greater efficiencies at higher temperatures, smaller, lighter and deliver longer runtimes if compared with valve-regulated lead-acid (VRLA) batteries.

It added that the Vertiv Edge UPS Lithium-Ion family provided up to 10 minutes of battery backup at full load as opposed to approximately three to five minutes for a standard UPS with VRLA batteries.



GHL, a payment solutions provider, has teamed up with Buy-Now-Pay-Later (BNPL) platform, Atome, to expand its payment offerings regionally across four countries namely Malaysia, Thailand, the Philippines and Indonesia.

“The partnership enables merchants to offer BNPL payment options in order to provide consumers spending flexibility and merchants increased retail sales,” it said in a statement today.
