Hizzan had also held a leading position in Sunway Property in business development and landbank, as well as the Malaysia Property Incorporated (MPI), bringing foreign direct investment into the Malaysian property market, it added.

He had obtained his bachelor’s degree in business management from University of Bolton, United Kingdom, and a master’s degree in finance from Taylor’s University.

Established in 2017, KWEST is a wholly-owned subsidiary of KWAP, and is the special purpose investment platform for real estate development.
