TRC SECURES RM43 MLN CONTRACT FROM BHIC
KUALA LUMPUR, June 15 -- TRC Synergy Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Trans Resources Corporation Sdn Bhd (TRC), has secured a RM43 million contract from BHIC Submarine Engineering Services Sdn Bhd.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia today, the company said the contract was for the pre-scheduled maintenance of floating breakwater jetty and shiplift jetty (underwater structure).
“The company will also involve in a 24 months scheduled and corrective maintenance of Zone D area, jetty facilities building, bosun building, floating breakwater jetty, shiplift jetty and safety conditioning facilities at the Royal Malaysian Navy Submarine Base, Sepangar Bay, Kota Kinabalu,” it said.
It added that the project would not have any effect on the issued and paid-up share capital, substantial shareholders' shareholdings, net assets per share and gearing of the company and its subsidiaries.
