KUALA LUMPUR, April 1 -- MAB Kargo Sdn Bhd (MASkargo) is partnering with Tasco Bhd to achieve the shared objective of an enhanced and seamless logistics delivery service for customers involved in the production of COVID-19 vaccines.
Both companies have inked a memorandum of understanding (MoU) today, a testament and continuation of a great working relationship that has already been established.
"Between the two companies, we will ensure the smooth delivery of COVID-19 vaccines in support of the nation’s vaccination programme,” MASkargo chief executive officer Ibrahim Mohamed Salleh said in a statement.
Tasco group chief executive officer Andy Lee said this MoU will enable it to synergise its resources and work closely with MASkargo to customise a strict SOP for an end-to-end solution in the logistics fulfilment process of COVID-19 vaccines.
"We look forward to playing our part with MASkargo in contributing to the nation’s vaccination programme as a responsible corporate citizen," he said.
