TAKAFUL IKHLAS LAUNCHES NEW PRODUCTS AT MSD 2020
KUALA LUMPUR, Nov 19 -- Takaful Ikhlas Family Bhd (Takaful Ikhlas) has launched two new protection products, IKHLAS Bersama and IKHLAS Dariku, at the opening ceremony of Minggu Saham Digital (MSD) 2020 today.
It said IKHLAS Bersama is an all-in-one protection plan that provided basic coverage in the event of death, which could be supplemented with a variety of additional comprehensive protection options (rider), while IKHLAS Dariku is a protection product that focused on Hibah distribution.
“IKHLAS Bersama and IKHLAS Dariku are designed for all walks of life, to make it easier for them to have a comprehensive and flexible takaful protection plan,” Takaful Ikhlas said in a statement today.
President and chief executive officer Nor Azman Zainal said both products feature the Accelerated Death Expense (ADE) benefit, where the policyholder’s next of kin would receive up to RM20,000 immediately from the coverage amount in the event of his or her death.
“The ADE aims to alleviate the family’s financial burden resulting from the death of a loved one,” he said.
