WILLOWGLEN MSC BAGS CONTRACT WORTH RM16.28 MLN
KUALA LUMPUR, July 17 -- Technical engineering company, Willowglen MSC Bhd’s wholly-owned subsidiary Willowglen (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd has secured a contract valued at RM 16.28 million.
In a filing with Bursa Malaysia, the company said the contract was from Sapura Rail Systems Sdn Bhd for design, manufacture, supply, delivery, installation, testing and commissioning of system solution for supervisory control and data acquisition (SCADA).
“The commencement date of the contract is on July 15, 2020 and will be completed by Nov 30, 2023 with a defect liability period of 24 months from completion date,” the company said.
Willowglen MSC said the contract is expected to contribute positively to its earnings and net assets per share for the financial years ending Dec 31, 2020 to 2023.
