DOMINO'S ‘PANDU AMBIL’ OFFERS CONVENIENT, SAFE ORDERING EXPERIENCE

KUALA LUMPUR, June 18  -- Domino’s Pizza has launched its new and hassle free ‘Pandu Ambil’ take-away service, offering convenience and safety for its customers. 

Addressing customers concern in a smart way, the service will allow Domino’s lovers to place an order via Domino’s website or mobile application. 

Once the order is placed, customers will be required to submit their vehicle details online for store members to identify customers upon their arrival.

Customers then make their way to the store and head towards a designated spot, right in front of the store entrance, to receive their order. 

Chief Executive Officer of Domino’s Pizza Malaysia, Shamsul Amree said, ‘Pandu Ambil’ strictly adheres to a safe practice of contactless service, enabling a healthy boundary for our customers to stay safe throughout their ordering experience. 

“Just a click of a Pandu Ambil button, the service offers a refreshing change and a brand new lifestyle adaptation as customers will receive their food in the comfort of their own vehicle, ensuring a 100 per cent contactless experience,” he said in a statement.

Meanwhile, Group Chief Marketing Officer of Domino’s Pizza Malaysia and Singapore, Linda Hassan said, the service is designed to benefit all range of consumers as they adjust themselves into the recovery movement control order (RMCO) phase onwards.

For a limited time only, customers who opt to Pandu Ambilcan have the chance to enjoy the Buy 1 Free 2 Pandu Ambildeal, where they will be entitled to free one regular pizza, one choice of bread side and 1.5 litre bottle of Tropicana Twister which save a total of RM54.90.

To encourage hygienic practices and social distancing within the premises, Domino’s Pandu Ambil encourages a cashless payment services.
