MONEY COMPASS LAUNCHES "CELIK WANG" PLATFORM IN BAHASA MALAYSIA
KUALA LUMPUR, May 12 -- Money Compass Media Group has launched “CELIK WANG”, a new media platform moderated in Bahasa Malaysia that will focus on local and foreign corporate and financial news as well as the latest financial-related issues faced by Malaysians.
Its chief executive officer Amy Seok said Celik Wang, which has been in operation since early 2020, is the third news media platform to be established by the group where the first two platforms are moderated in Mandarin and English.
“We are pleased to be able to create a new news platform moderated fully in Bahasa Malaysia. Celik Wang aims to help achieve the group’s mission of enhancing the financial literacy of Malaysians from all races and backgrounds.
“During these uncertain times, financial literacy is indeed essential for people to have in order to be able to better manage their livelihood,” she told reporters after the launching of the platform here, today.
She said Celik Wang also aims to be the one-stop platform for owners and operators of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) to acquire information, guides and tips on how to develop strategies to enhance their businesses as well as to provide guidance for those planning to start their own businesses.
In addition to providing news coverage on the finance and corporate world, Amy said Celik Wang provides content and information on investment, economics and real estate that can be utilised by Malaysians of all backgrounds to further help increase their knowledge and wealth.
