CO-OPBANK PERTAMA OFFERS MORATORIUM TO INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMERS
KUALA LUMPUR, March 28 -- Co-opbank Pertama (CBP ) is offering a moratorium or automatic temporary suspension repayment of financing to all individual customers for all types of CBP financing products.
CBP president and chief executive officer Mohd Nor Abd Razak said the automatic moratorium is effective for a period of six months beginning April 1, 2020 and applicable to non-overdue financing of more than 90 days on that date.
“However, if these individual customers choose not to accept this automatic moratorium offer, they can call us at 1-300-88-7650 or email to - moratorium@cbp.com.my," he said in a statement today.
He added that application for a moratorium from the corporate sector and cooperative will be considered on merit.
