CTOS APPOINTS NOORAZMAN ABD AZIZ TO BOARD OF DIRECTORS
KUALA LUMPUR, March 11 -- CTOS Data Systems Sdn Bhd, Malaysia’s largest credit reporting agency, has recently appointed Datuk Noorazman Abd Aziz to its board of directors.
In a statement today, CTOS said Noorazman has over 37 years of experience in banking and the financial markets, investment and management, and has held key positions as executive director in Khazanah Nasional Bhd and co-founder and managing director of Fajr Capital Ltd, among others.
“He currently serves on the boards of UEM Sunrise Bhd, UEM Edgenta Bhd and PLUS Malaysia Bhd. He is also the chairman of the board of trustees of Yayasan UEM, and chairman of the board of trustees of the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance (INCEIF),” it said.
Its group chief executive officer Dennis Martin said the senior management are very pleased with the appointment of Noorazman as a director to further enhance what is already a very strong and capable board at CTOS.
