Number of flood evacuees in Melaka drops to 753

MELAKA, July 9 (Bernama) -- The number of flood victims in the state continues to drop to 753 people from 190 families as of 8 am, compared to 934 victims from 212 families last night.

Melaka Civil Defence Force (APM) director, Lt Col (PA) Effendy Ali said the evacuation centre at Pancor community hall in Alor Gajah was closed last night at 9 pm while the other six centres were still operating.....

Trailer carrying flammable chemicals catches fire near Kulai
