Illegal dumping: Sungai Temon also polluted with rubbish, construction debris

ISKANDAR PUTERI, Aug 8 (Bernama) -- Still reeling from the pollution cases affecting several rivers in the state, now Sungai Temon has become the latest river to be contaminated with rubbish and construction waste, caused by illegal dumping activities by irresponsible parties.

Johor Local Government, Urban Wellbeing and Environment Committee chairman Tan Chen Choon said Sungai Temon near a Seletar Orang Asli settlement had become an illegal dumpsite over the past year.....

Eight men arrested over robbery at convenience store
