Govt plans nationwide port expansion

ISKANDAR PUTERI, June 18 (Bernama) -- The government is planning to expand ports areas nationwide to meet current and future demands, said Transport Minister Anthony Loke.

He said this would require a long term strategy, not only to meet the demands for capacity, but also to provide a healthy competition with neighbouring countries which have been constructing bigger ports.....

Melaka CM Adly to defend Amanah Melaka Chairman, national committee member posts


MELAKA, June 17 (Bernama) -- Melaka Chief Minister Adly Zahari said today he intends to defend the post of Parti Amanah Negara (Amanah) Melaka chairman at the party elections to be held in December.

He also said that he will defend the post of Amanah committee member at the national level.
