Teen drowns in Kota Marudu

KOTA KINABALU, Sept 2 -- A picnic turned into a tragedy for a group of youths when one of them drowned in a river along Jalan Water Work Simpangan, Kota Marudu today.

The Sabah Fire and Rescue Department in a statement here today said 16-year-old Izzat Sufi Sahrul's body was found by a fire and rescue team close to the scene of incident.....
