Crowd gathers at Kota Kinabalu Court Complex to follow proceedings on Musa's suit against Mohd Shafie's appointment

KOTA KINABALU, Oct 25 (Bernama) --- The atmosphere surrounding the Kota Kinabalu Court Complex is under control, however, several supporters of Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal have started gathering in front of the court compound to follow proceeding of a suit brought by former Sabah Chief Minister Tan Sri Musa Aman to challenge Mohd Shafie’s appointment.

The High Court here is scheduled to hear the oral submissions on the case at 2.20 pm today.....

KUCHING, Oct 23 (Bernama) – The Pakatan Harapan (PH) federal government will continue to allocate a budget for the payment of allowances and salaries of all community chiefs but politically appointed village headmen (tuai rumah) in Sarawak will not receive 70 per cent of  their salary from next year, said Works Minister Baru Bian.
