Bird's nest factory to help Bumiputeras break into global mart

SANDAKAN, Nov 8 (Bernama) -- The setting up of a swiftlet nest processing factory in Batu Sapi near here will enable Bumiputeras in Sabah to penetrate the global market for the product.

The Bumiputera-status pre-cleaned raw material processing factory, a joint venture between the Sabah Swiftlet Nest Farming Association and Syarikat AMG Advance Profitable Enterprise, has been operating at the Majulah Industrial Centre since August.....

High Court rules Shafie rightful CM of Sabah


KOTA KINABALU, Nov 7  (Bernama) -- The High Court here today ruled that the appointment of  Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie  Apdal  as the new Chief Minister of Sabah is constitutional and therefore he is the rightful chief minister of  the state.
