Sabah companies urged to invest in state development

TAWAU, Feb 9 (Bernama) – More than 20 Bursa Malaysia-listed companies in Sabah will be called to discuss about investing in the state’s development, said Sabah Chief Minister Datuk Seri Mohd Shafie Apdal.

He said this was part of efforts to boost economic growth, create job opportunities for the locals and ensure that the companies contribute to the state’s development, adding that he would be contacting the companies directly.....
