NGOs, associations urged to assist Lahad Datu fire victims

LAHAD DATU, Oct 11 -- Non-governmental organisations (NGOs) and associations here are urged to assist 128 victims of a fire incident that occurred in Kampung Teck Guan, Jalan Silam, here, last night.

Silam division Parti Warisan Sabah (Warisan) Wirawati chief, Rosniah Itin Tuar said the fire victims, left with only the clothes on their backs, were now temporarily housed at the Lahad Datu Tyre Factory, Kampung Teck Guan Mosque and St. Dominic open hall.....
