Floods force closure of seven schools in Sabah

KOTA KINABALU, Jan 28 (Bernama) -- A total of six primary schools and one secondary school forced to close due to worsening floods that hit a few districts in Sabah.

Sabah Education Department director Mistirine Radin said apart from being flooded, there were also schools being used as the temporary relief centres (PPSs).....

Drop in number of flood evacuees in Kota Marudu


KOTA KINABALU, Jan 28  (Bernama)-- The number of flood victims at flood relief centres in Kota Marudu had dropped to 1,990 people from 504 families as 8 am today, from 2,757 people, involving 789 families yesterday.
