Woman gets 17 years jail, RM39,000 fine for causing four deaths, injuries in drunk driving 

TAWAU, March 7 (Bernama) ---  A management executive was sentenced to 17 years in jail and fined RM39,000 by the Tawau Sessions Court today after being convicted on two charges of driving under the influence of alcohol which resulted in causing four deaths and one seriously injured in Jalan Chong Thien Vun near here in July last year.

Sessions Court Judge Awang Kerisnada Awang Mahmud meted out the punishment on Olivia Chong Oi Yun, 35, after finding the defence failed to create any reasonable doubts in the prosecution's case.....
