Landslide: eighth body found near buried kongsi

GEORGE TOWN, Oct 22 (Bernama) -- The body of the eighth victim of last Friday’s landslide in Paya Terubong was found near a kongsi that was also buried in the debris, according to the Penang Fire and Rescue Department.

The body of Indonesian Subaeri, 34, was found at a depth of one metre near the hill at 12.20 pm today, said department deputy director Mohamad Shoki Hamzah.....

Businessman fined RM2,000 for assault on petrol station attendant
