Plantation worker killed by elephant

KOTA TINGGI, Dec 19  (Bernama) – A plantation worker was killed, believed to have been attacked by a wild elephant in Ladang Felcra Dusun Panti, Batu 18, Jalan Johor-Mersing, near here yesterday.

Kota Tinggi  deputy police chief DSP Nik Azaham Nik Aziz said the incident occurred about 6.40 pm while the victim, identified as Muhammad Ridwan Mohd Yasin, 26, was on patrol duty and lighting the oil lamps in the plantation.....
