Family appeals to all parties to give Nur Farhana space

ALOR SETAR, Jan 18 (Bernama) -- The family of the female teacher who was found yesterday after she was reported missing in Balik Pulau, Penang last Monday, has appealed to all parties to give Nur Farhana Ibrahim space to calm down.

Nur Farhana's eldest brother, Ahmad Fahmi, 45, said after his 27-year-old sister was found, her husband, Muhammad Naim Mahyadin, 30, took her back to their home in  Alor Senibong, Langgar near here.....

Halal logo misuse brings consequences to Ipoh businesses


IPOH, Jan 18 (Bernama) – Yesterday, a frozen food supplier which has been in operation for more than 30 years in Jalan Sultan Idris Shah, had its stock seized by the Domestic Trade and Consumer Affairs Ministry (KPDNHEP) for displaying a halal logo that expired in March 2010.
