Social Welfare Dept looking for girl's family

ALOR SETAR, Nov 7 -- The Kulim district Social Welfare Department (SWD) is tracking down the parents or family of a girl known as Chloe Pang Xian who is about three years old, to facilitate the documentation process.

SWD officer Manab Mehat in a statement today said it was believed that her biological father handed the girl to Pang Soon Say and his wife Siew Yin Wah three years ago without any document.....
