Federal government will pay oil royalty - Ahmad Yakob

KOTA BHARU, June 17 (Bernama) -- The Kelantan government is confident the federal government will pay the petroleum royalty to the state despite several postponements, said Menteri Besar Datuk Ahmad Yakob.

He said the Kelantan government would adopt the approach of waiting for the latest decision from the federal government after all procedures linked to the withdrawal of a oil royalty lawsuit against Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) was completed.....

KOTA BHARU, June 17 (Bernama) -- The Kelantan Health Department today confirmed that measles was the cause of death of the three-year-old Orang Asli boy from the Batek tribe warded at the Raja Perempuan Zainab II Hospital (HRPZ II) here.

 
 

Another Orang Asli man admitted to Hulu Terengganu Hospital


KUALA TERENGGANU, June 17 (Bernama) --  Another Orang Asli man from Kampung Sungai Berua in Hulu Terengganu was admitted to the Hulu Terengganu Hospital in Kuala Berang here after showing symptoms of respiratory tract infection (RTI), bringing the total of Orang Asli currently warded there to 10.

 
 

Kelantan government expresses condolences at another Batek's death
