SKM dialysis centres record RM3.09 mln revenue in 2019

BACHOK, Jan 19 -- The 10 dialysis centres in the country registered under the Cooperative Commission of Malaysia (SKM) recorded a revenue of RM3.09 million last year.

Executive chairman Datuk Nordin Salleh said the revenue was derived from dialysis services at the 10 centres including in Johor, Penang, Selangor, Sarawak, Kedah, Melaka and two in Kelantan. 

“This is our initiative considering that dialysis centre (treatment) is one of the important needs of kidney patients particularly those who have to undergo dialysis treatment for their whole life,” he said to reporters after a making a working visit at Koperasi Amal Medik Malaysia Bhd, Beris Kubur Besar, here, today.....
