KITAR3CYCLE pioneer project promotes recycling - Exco

SEREMBAN, April 8 (Bernama) – The KITAR3CYCLE pioneer project which is aimed at promoting recycling, will see residents awarded points for separating their garbage which can be recycled.

According to chairman of the state Urban Wellbeing, Housing, Local Government and New Villages Committee Teo Kok Seong, the project by SWM Environment Sdn Bhd (SWM Environment) aims to foster greater awareness among the public about recycling and saving recyclable items from the disposal sites. 

“We also know that there are not enough garbage disposal sites for the waste that is thrown out every day. It is better that we reduce waste going to the disposal sites by recycling them.....
