Number of tourist entry and exit do not match - Aziz

SEPANG, Jan 25 (Bernama) -- Between 20 and 30 per cent of the estimated 23 million tourists who entered Malaysia last year were found to have overstayed in the country.

Deputy Home Minister Datuk Mohd Aziz Jamman in revealing the matter today said they entered using social visit pass and were believed to be still in the country even though their passes have expired.....

Two Indonesian nationals jailed for possession of smuggled cigarettes


PETALING JAYA,  Jan 24  (Bernama) --  Two Indonesian nationals, both working as retail shop assistants, were sentenced to six months’ jail by the Magistrate’s Court here today for possession of 17,754 sticks of smuggled cigarettes, valued at RM1,770.40, last week.
