Thai Ambassador praises Raja Perlis' role in Malaysia-Thailand relations

ARAU, Feb 12 (Bernama) -- The contributions and role played by Raja  Perlis Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin Jamalullail in fostering bilateral ties between Malaysia and Thailand has been praised by its Ambassador to Malaysia, Narong Sasitorn.

He said both countries, specifically the authorities of Thailand’s Southern Corridor and those of Malaysia’s Northern Corridor Implementation Authority (NCIA) must hold more discussions for the benefit of all.

Earlier, Narong was granted an audience with Tuanku Syed Sirajuddin and Raja Muda Perlis Tuanku Syed Faizuddin Putra Jamalullail at Istana Arau here today.

Also present were Menteri Besar Datuk Seri Azlan Man and Thailand Consul General in Penang, Raschada Jiwalai.
