Last Update: 07/01/2019

ISKANDAR PUTERI, Jan 7  (Bernama) -- SJKT Tun Dr Ismail Simpang Renggam in Kluang, which previously failed to obtain a certificate of completion and compliance (CCC), will soon be in operation.

Education Minister Dr Maszlee Malik said the issue, which was due to the contractor appointed by the previous government, had been resolved.

"Therefore, we urge parents to remain patient and soon, we will see students being enrolled, and the announcement will be made by the State Education Department," he said.

He was speaking to reporters after meeting with Johor Menteri Besar Datuk Osman Sapian at the latter’s office in Kota Iskandar here today.

Maszlee said the ministry was also working to resolve several other 'sick' or abandoned projects across the country.

“We will solve them one by one," he added.
