SHAH ALAM SQUARE

The Shah Alam Square is located in the vicinity of the city council building, Wisma MBSA, approximately 400 metres from the Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah (State Secretariat) Building, the administrative centre of Selangor.

The creative concept is inspired from the refined artwork of traditional, modern and classical elements. The Square has a main stage that can hold 400 guests, a 50-foot tall clock tower, an 80-foot tall flag mast and an open, landscaped ground.

A symbol of success, the clock tower is structured from the amalgamation of twin buildings with marbled roofs and domes adapted from the traditional Malay and Arabesque architectures.
