KUALA LUMPUR, Feb 23 (Bernama) -- Rally Cycling Pro Continental team, which will make its debut in the Le Tour de Langkawi (LTdL) 2018 from March 18 to 25, is ready to give a fierce challenge to other teams in the category.
After 11 seasons, the North America-based team have expressed their willingness to send out six experienced riders, including the juniors, to race in the 23rd edition of the tour.
"Rally Cycling wants to make use of the skills of its team director Eric Wohlberg, from Canada, who has competed in the Olympics three times. He has also won gold in the 1998 Commonwealth Games and the eighth stage in the LTdL 1999," said LTdL 2018 organiser Ciclista Sports Sdn Bhd in a statement today.
The organiser said a 39-year-old Rally Cycling rider, Charles Bradley Huff, who emerged as the United States Pro Criterium champion twice, was expected to steal the show to vie for the Sprint King title in the 2.HC event.
Eric Young, 28, who made it to the podium in the Tour of Utah, Tour de Korea and the Tour of the Gila in New Mexico, is expected to partner with Bradley to ride to the podium.....
