SEPANG, Aug 5 (Bernama) -- National hockey coach Muhammad Dharma Raj Abdullah is willing to accept his fate if the Malaysian Hockey Confederation (MHC) decides to terminate his service.
"If the MHC feels that terminating my services is the best option for the good of the team, so be it," he said when met upon his arrival from Glasgow at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA), here Tuesday.
He was commenting on MHC coaching committee chairman Manjit Majid Abdullah's call to sack Dharma Raj for the embarrassing 2-4 defeat to Trinidad and Tobago at the Glasgow Commonwealth Games in Scotland.
Dharma Raj said based on his previous experience, he would not want to be dragged into a confrontation with Manjit.
"I have no problem. Based on my previous experience, I am able to face the situation. If he (Manjit) feels he is right, I am not going to challenge him because I have an important responsibility to take care of the team," he said.....
