Pandelela-Nur Dhabitah Deliver Bronze Medal Despite Last Minute Pairing

EDINBURGH, July 30 (Bernama) -- In just three days of training, the diving pair of Pandelela Rinong Pamg and Nur Dhabitah Sabri were able to grab the bronze medal in the women's 10m synchronised platform event at the 20th Commonwealth Games.

The duo collected a score of 300.12 points at the competition held at the Royal Commonwealth Pool.

"This is most unexpected as we only trained together for three days here. I admit the competition here is very stiff with world champions from Canada and England," said Pandelela.

According to her, both of them put their full concentration on the jumps and did not keep tab of the score at all.

It was after the fourth jump when Pandelela and Nur Dhabitah realised they were trailing the runners-up.....
